Our Home Management Working Practices

Our aim is to give you peace of mind and stress free enjoyment of your property and home.

You can expect from us:

  • Reliability and integrity in our keyholding and property management service.
  • A contract to suit your individual needs and requirements. There is no “one size fits all” at Your Key Concierge.
  • Full liability insurance.
  • Your keys to be kept secure and not be identifiable to your property. The security of your home is of paramount importance.
  • 24 hour emergency cover. Our normal working hours are weekdays 0800 to 1700, calls will be replied to outside of these hours.
  • Letters replied to within 48 hours.
  • Emails replied to within 24 hours.
  • A same day reply if you leave a telephone message.
  • Detailed invoices with a breakdown of time and expenses.
  • Should you request it, proof of liability insurance from our trusted contractors.
  • To represent your interests in a professional manner when dealing with contractors or agencies.
  • A “no quibble” termination of contract subject to one month’s notice.

We would expect from you:

  • To keep us updated of any relevant changes to your property eg alarm codes, locks, change of occupancy.
  • Reasonable notice, preferably within normal working hours, of any additional work you wish to be carried out.
  • Prompt settlement of accounts.
